These General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the GeekDo Europe store , a legal person with NIF/NIPC PT304851248 , headquartered at Lisbon , in Portugal (hereinafter “ GeekDo Europe ”) will be governed.

After the payment is completed, GeekDo Europe will proceed with a standard check so that the order can be processed and shipped. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid, as well as the corresponding invoice.
Payment is required immediately when placing the order, orders that are not paid immediately will be cancelled.
Bank Transfer payments have 24hours time frame.
Terms of purchase at GeekDo
Pre Bookings
Products which are pre-sales that have not yet been launched or that are not yet available for purchase from GeekDo Europe suppliers is not subject to refund, except in situations where the Product does not arrive in proper condition. The date on which the product becomes available for shipment is specified on the product page, so the customer, when making the Pre booking, accepts these conditions.
Product Availability
All products and/or services available on GeekDo Europe can be purchased, except in cases of shortages or stock limitations, as well as made-to-order products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but under these circumstances they will be duly identified on GeekDo Europe.
In case the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, GeekDo Europe undertakes to contact the customer, by telephone or email, as soon as possible in order to speed up the process with them.
Fees and Taxes
At GeekDo Europe the prices shown are in EURO, with the applicable VAT and tax rates being applied in accordance with the law in force, which are already included in the price shown.
GeekDo Europe is not responsible to pay any taxes or custom duties for International orders(Outside Europe)
Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel an order placed while it is being processed except if it is a Pre Booking. It is requested that you inform GeekDo through the following e-mail contact: info@geekdo.pt
If the cancellation request has been made after the order has been shipped, it will be forwarded for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. GeekDo Europe is not responsible for possible delays in handling order cancellations.
GeekDo Europe reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond GeekDo Europe.
Free Resolution
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, he may do so via the email info@geekdo.pt or by filling out the contact form available at GeekDo Europe. When terminating the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product in the same state it was shipped, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product and in the same original condition. GeekDo Europe will refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree Law n.º 24/2014.

Disclaimer
When creating and using the GeekDo Europe account , the customer is responsible for the maintenance of the account, confidentiality and for all activity arising from his account.
When creating the user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.
GeekDo Europe is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access and proper functioning of the online store.
GeekDo Europe is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, the products and/or services available, as well as for any delay or unforeseen delivery of orders.
